RETURN POLICY

Ready to send something back? The first move is to let us know within a few days after the receipt of the product. Just get in touch, and we’ll guide you from there.

Before You Ship: Condition Checklist

A quick check before you seal the box makes all the difference. The items you’re returning should be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In their original packaging, with all original labels attached
  • Complete—every article intact

If the return reaches us in a different state, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting fees, and a refund cannot be issued.

Problem with Your Order? (Damaged/Defective)

When an item shows up damaged or defective, we’ll need a clear look at what went wrong. After you’ve submitted your request online, email us a picture that clearly shows the issue. That visual is the key to getting things resolved.

Need to Cancel?

Acting fast pays off. Cancel within hours of purchase by submitting a help ticket through our Contact Us page, and you’ll get a full refund. If more time has passed but the order hasn’t shipped yet, a cancellation fee will be applied. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept any cancellation requests.

The Most Important Step: Getting the Address

Before you mail anything, contact our customer service staff first. We’ll give you the correct return address. Do not send items to the address on the package—returns mailed there cannot be processed and no refund will be issued. This one step saves you from a lost refund and a lot of frustration.

Costs You Should Know About

We keep the money side simple. You’ll be charged for shipping at most once, even with a return. There are absolutely no restocking fees. Return shipping, however, is the buyer’s responsibility.

Items We Can’t Take Back

Anything marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. It’s a firm line, so double-check those items before you finalize your order.
